How It Works

Site Survey

A qualified roofer inspects the roof, checks substrate and drainage, and confirms whether patch repairs, overlay or full removal is required.

Preparation & Installation

The deck is prepared, vapour control and insulation installed where needed, then the specified mastic or asphalt system applied to manufacturers' standards.

Final Inspection & Guarantee

A finishing check on falls and flashings is completed, debris cleared and a workmanship handover provided with details of any manufacturer-backed guarantee.

What we install: JLT Roofing works with traditional mastic asphalt and modern asphaltic overlay systems suitable for domestic and light-commercial flat roofs, walkways and upstands. Work includes full removals, structural preparation, new insulation and tanking where required. Where appropriate, lead flashings, upstands and outlet details are coordinated to ensure watertight junctions.

Practical service: All installations are carried out by a NVQ-qualified roofer following manufacturer guidance. A clear quotation is provided after survey, with emergency boarding or temporary weatherproofing available before a permanent repair.
