Site survey & measure

Roof pitch, structure and plasterboard lining are inspected, headroom and positioning confirmed, then measurements taken for the correct window and flashing kit.

Supply & preparation

The manufacturer-approved window and flashing are ordered for your roof type, the roof prepared and loft and floor areas protected before cutting in.

Install, seal & handover

Windows are fitted, flashings sealed, insulation trimmed and internal finishing completed. We run through operation, ventilation and provide care advice.

If the job forms part of a re-roof, flashings are integrated during the re-roof so the weatherproofing is continuous. Manufacturer-backed guarantees are available on supplied windows where applicable, and every installation is carried out by NVQ-qualified tradespeople.
